• Four, 6-month rotations which allow you to engage in meaningful project work, build a strong foundation of marketing knowledge and gain exposure to different areas of a complex, cutting-edge marketing organization

You will:

• Conduct market opportunity analysis and participate in development of product line strategy

• Broaden Line of Business Engagement with regions by developing collaborative relationships
• Provide support in managing Line of Business strategic initiatives that present large opportunities for Dell
• Help develop comprehensive marketing recommendations for the region

This is a hands-on, technical role where you will design, develop and execute automated and manual tests for system and product level testing, validate distributed systems, and work closely with engineering teams to drive quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle. You will be directly responsible in helping to prevent issues from reaching our customers.

You will:

• Create and maintain System test plans, test cases, and documentation. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.

• Validate complex, distributed storage systems across multi-config test environments. Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to make sure your test environment validates the customer use cases as closely as possible.

• Perform stress, scalability, and reliability testing to ensure our product solutions can handle global-scale workloads. Understand the inner workings of features to target specific failure domains in our stack to make the product/features fault tolerant and resilient.

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

• Participate in the review and evaluation of product requirements, specification and design docs to ensure quality is built into every stage of development.

Essential Requirements

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software testing - preferably with an enterprise storage product environment like NAS, Object storage

• Experience in programming and Test Automation (Python, JavaScript etc). Test Automation framework design and development.

• Skilled at reviewing and collaborating on product design docs and have competency in authoring detailed test plans & test cases.

• Good understanding of how to apply non-deterministic testing techniques to validate system behavior under unpredictable conditions.

Desired Skills:

• Experience testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

• Knowledge of server, networking and client technologies

You will:

• Validate data from various database sources, investigate issues with data, ensure data quality
• Participate in communication with end users and business teams to define data requirements and specifications and identify user issues
• Have responsibility for assigned CEP products as product specialist; understand E2E process, strive for process automation; provide user interfaces for end users, improve the efficiency of our codebase and its maintenance
• Implement new enhancements into production environment, review and implement test strategies for CEP products and related database processes
• Understand key marketing vehicles and terminology

Essential Requirements:

• Daily student at Slovak University focused on Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
• Expected graduation in 2026
• 1 year of experience in data analysis, data science, machine learning or statistics
• Excellent practical knowledge of Relational databases and SQL / PostgreSQL
• Experience working with Python in the context of Automation, Data Analysis, Data Exploration, Web Scraping and/or Machine Learning

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge of scheduling systems (e.g. Airflow, Control-M) and Git, or other version control systems, is a plus
• Experience with dashboards creation (PowerBI / Tableau reporting), C# or Java, Gen AI and LLM, Kubernetes, Docker, Functions, elastic compute, enterprise-scale platforms, parallelized workloads, real-time data streams, open source frameworks

What you’ll achieve

In this role, you will be involved in creating Marketing Privacy Guidelines by collaborating closely with team members to draft and refine policies that align with legal standards and industry best practices. You will also manage the Guidelines Repository, ensuring it remains well-organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders.

Additionally, you will analyze the privacy needs of various marketing initiatives and projects, assessing requirements to ensure that all activities are compliant and appropriately guided by privacy principles.

You will:

• Research and stay updated on privacy laws and regulations relevant to marketing.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating privacy guidelines.
• Organize and manage the guidelines repository.
• Analyze and identify gaps in existing privacy guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure compliance with privacy standards and participate in meetings and discussions related to privacy guidelines and policies.

Essential Requirements

• Daily student of Law studies or other relevant field to data privacy.
• Strong interest in privacy law and marketing practices.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
