We undertake the research, conceptualization, validation, peer alignment and executive engagement to deliver high standards of function, aesthetics, ergonomics and value. We also ensure that final proposals are aligned with corporate strategy, marketing requirements, quality and business goals, product specifications and manufacturing standards.

You will:

The Principal Industrial Designer responsibilities are to define a cohesive design strategy for computer peripheral solutions that operate Commercial, Consumer and Gaming. This individual will drive user experience excellence and innovation ecosystem solutions. As a key member of a cross functional team, the Principal Designer will be required to engage customers and account executives as well client technologists to determine pain points and develop industry leading solutions. The team member will also be responsible for flawless execution of design intent leading to successful product launch and market adoption.Essential Requirements

- Undergraduate Industrial Design degree and 15+ years of relevant experience

- Expert skillset in 3D CAD modeling (Cero preferred)

- Expert 3D visualization skills with both sketching and digital tools (Keyshot a plus)

- Can process and integrate research studies, reports, trends, data, and information into plans, deliverables, and recommendations.

- Requires strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator, Aftereffects).

- Strong knowledge of materials and processes as well as DFMA.

- Able to follow and apply existing Design Language Guidelines.

Essential Requirements

  • Able to Design & Sell highly complex Professional Services opportunities
  • Gain access and manages relationships with senior level personnel and decision makers
  • Demonstrate the value of a service to advance customer’s business objectives
  • Sell in a “Transformational” and not “Transactional” way
  • Analyze and applies industry, competitor and market knowledge to present the positive value of our solutions
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership
  • Have industry knowledge preferably in all or some of these areas: Artificial Intelligence, Security & Resilience, Modern Infrastructure and/or Modern Workplace.

Desirable Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Local language & English spoken/written
