

What you’ll achieve
As an Intern Undergraduate, you will be responsible for inventory daily on hand and transactional reconciliation. You will work withnventory Management team on accuracy and accountability of our inventory by documenting transactions, verifying processes and procedures and reviewing systems.
You will:
Performs inventory tracking and monitoring. Perform daily system to system transactional reconciliations.
Perform analysis basing on report and identify action plan. Analyze results & report to the management team.
Drive for root cause/corrective actions with proper closure and action plan with stakeholders. Ensure that appropriate root cause and corrective actions are driven to reduce variation in reported inventory balances.
Complete all inventory control audits as required and drive corrective action for any findings. Risk management that involve identify risk level, driving for solutions and process improvement

The HR OPS Analyst will provide exceptional customer service whilst delivering HR admin support to all employees related to but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding, data administration, benefits support and time & attendance. You will:
