  • Support accounts or territories of moderate complexity

  • Gain access and develop relationships with distributor managers

  • Work directly with channel partners to ensure ongoing satisfaction with solutions

  • Develop in-depth understanding of go-to-market strategies and value propositions

Essential Requirements

  • 10–15 years of field sales experience in Channel or Retail with Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous inside sales experience with proven oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, support personnel and leadership

Desirable Requirements

  • Similar technical industry experience would be preferred

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field service operations or functional leadership.

  • Strong customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proven ability to manage escalations and coordinate across teams and time zones.

  • Familiarity with CSP offerings and blended delivery models.

  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

  • Builds relationships with customers/partners based on knowledge of Dells technology, products, and services and recommends business solutions considering customer/partner needs and Dell interests.

  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dells customers/partners are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries and makes decision based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis.

  • May identify and qualify new channel partners, distributors, and retailers while demonstrating ability to train via enablement tools

Desirable Requirements

  • - Bachelor's Degree, MBA would be an advantage
