The salary range for this position is $119,000 – $165,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Management Operations Lead to drive the cross-functional alignment and operational excellence required to successfully deliver products to customers. In this role, you will design and lead the processes that connect Product with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholder teams — ensuring a consistent and seamless experience from development through delivery and enablement.You’ll help operationalize how we bring products to market, build internal communication channels, and structure feedback loops that allow the product organization to stay tightly connected to the voice of the customer and internal teams.

You will be responsible for filling the gap between the market requirements, management and the solution that determines how to implement these requirements in our data and ML frameworks. Using comprehensive business and technical knowledge, the PO accompanies the entire development process starting from the planning phase, through the development and testing process to successful release to our customers.
