Technology is changing incredibly fast. The criminals know it, and they are taking advantage. We know it too.

As a Cognyter you will:

  • Attend and support the user (via telephone or e-mail), for all Systems to which is part, without restrictions regarding business rules and structures.
  • Attend and support the user during on-call periods.
  • Forward critical problems, after prior analysis, to the Support Manager for resolution.
  • Perform systems maintenance, from checking inconsistencies in information, problems in customer networks, creating scripts and jobs to work around problems such as contingency routines, as well as changing part of the system to fix bugs.
  • Document the procedures performed by the support.
  • Perform maintenance on local and remote servers, planning and mitigating the risks involved in the activity.
  • Administer and perform database maintenance on customer systems.
  • Continually improve operation and maintenance processes
  • Technically assist support and development activities.
  • Provide technical support to the on-call team and train new members of your team.
  • Carry out analyzes and propose solutions for the Support team, involving complex problems related to at least one of the areas of information technology: Networks, Operating System, or Database.
  • Report problems in meeting problem resolution deadlines to the Support Manager, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or correlated areas
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting software users
  • Experience in SQL, Linux/Unix
  • Basic experience in Shell Script
  • Troubleshooting experience with reading logs and using Wireshark
  • Basic experience in Docker and Docker compose

Would be considered an advantage:

  • Experience in Oracle and Postgres
  • Experience in SIP, E1 Signaling, MGW Audiocodes configuration
  • Experience in YAML
  • Experience in Python

  • Conduct integration and validation of RF front ends, antennas, filters, and embedded systems for telecom use.
  • Execute RF measurements: VSWR, power levels, harmonics, spurious emissions, noise figure, and link budget components.
  • Assist in testing and debugging embedded systems involved in modem control, protocol stack support, and hardware interfaces.
  • Use tools like spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, and logic analyzers for diagnostics.
  • Perform basic firmware flashing and configuration of modems and embedded devices (e.g., LTE modules, SDR).
  • Support engineering team in building test jigs, cabling, and low-level interfaces (e.g., UART, I2C, SPI).
  • Create clear documentation for procedures, test logs, and hardware configurations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including RF, software, and network engineers.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • Practical Engineer Diploma in Electronics, Communication, or Embedded Systems Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in RF testing or embedded systems support, preferably in telecom or wireless domains.
  • Proficient in the use of RF lab equipment (spectrum analyzer, VNA, RF power meter).
  • Experience with embedded platforms (MCUs , modems), hardware debugging, and serial interfaces.
  • Ability to read RF schematics, block diagrams, and basic embedded circuit designs.

This is a high-profile, client-facing position where you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customer base and develop long-term relationships.

As a Cognyter you will:

  • Manage complex cוustomer relationships throughout the entire post-sales cycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal phases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to ensure alignment and enhancements on customers’ needs and priorities to deliver exceptional experiences throughout their journey.
  • Monitor Customers' health metrics, identify potential risks or issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Drive customer retention and growth by aligning with their business objectives and ensuring successful product adoption through training, best practices and ongoing product driven sessions.
  • Maintain a high level of proactive communication to identify opportunities for deeper engagement, while monitoring KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and value maximization.
  • Act as an advocate for the customers within the company, advocating for their needs and driving enhancements to our products and services.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of proven experience working as a Customer Success Manager
  • Demonstrated ability in leading onboarding and renewal processes for complex products and environments
  • Technical background skills with the ability to understand and effectively communication complex cybersecurity concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, with previous experience working globally with large, B2B customers, including C-level executives, preferably in the government sector.
  • Excellent English and Spanish proficiency and exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with outstanding presentation skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
