  • Lead and Mentor a team of engineers and researchers in digital communications and DSP.
  • Drive Software Development for satellite communication systems, from design to optimization.

  • Ensure Code Quality through code reviews, technical guidance, and adherence to best practices.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering from a leading college or university
  • Expertise in Signal Processing: Strong foundation in communication systems, including modulation, demodulation, and error correction.
  • Software Development Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and C++.
  • Proven Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and grow a high-performing technical team.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex engineering challenges.

As an, you will be working with decision makers and other stakeholders in US State, Local and Federal agencies to actively seek new business opportunities, and to engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will also work internally with our Product Team, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Delivery Teams.


As a Cognyter, you will:

  • Plan, organize, lead sales growth, penetrate new and under-served accounts and maintain customer satisfaction on a long-term basis.
  • Develop and maintain account plans and execute sales strategies aligned with the account plans.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and manage State, Local and Federal procurement and contracting processes.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives. Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Communicate a strong technical understanding of Cognyte’s offerings and know when to engage assistance from pre-sales, engineering, marketing, and senior management.

For this mission, you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven work experience in SLED and Federal Sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Excellent Presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with sales techniques and tools.
  • Previous experience working with Law Enforcement, Financial and Cyber Investigations teams.

As an Oracle Applications System Analyst (Finance) at Cognyte, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Financial Applications.

You will work closely with various departments, including Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Business Intelligence (BI), to ensure the effective use of Oracle systems to meet business needs.

As a Cognyter you'll:

  • Analyze finance-related business requirements and translate them into Oracle system solutions.
  • Implement and configure Oracle Financial Applications modules.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Financial Applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to finance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, BI) to optimize system performance and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation.
  • Conduct user training and support for finance-related modules.

For this position, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Design, develop and deploy microservices for handling and analyzing mass amounts of data over a distributed environment with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability
  • Work using Scrum as a part of a friendly team
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Software Engineers from several countries on your way to identify and solve challenging problems
  • Take part in technical decisions and strategy to further the long-term product vision
  • Contribute to the design, architecture and refactoring of the product
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
  • Have a strong passion for Java, you are an open-minded, tech-savvy developer who is enthusiastic about learning and working with a variety of technologies

For that mission you’ll need:

  • At least 8 years’ hands-on experience in Java (Spring Framework an advantage)
  • Hands-on experience building microservices in cloud (preferably GCP/AWS/Azure ) environments using cloud native technologies (such as: Kubernetes, Docker )
  • Experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems using technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ , or similar
