  • Experience with instance of Workday recruitment in a global environment, along with downstream vendor integrations to support the recruitment process (i.e., assessments, interviewing, etc.).

  • Relevant & demonstratable experience/involvement with evaluation of new and existing tools within the recruitment ecosystem such as Eightfold, Video interview vendor integrations with Workday, Digital signatures, assessments, etc.

  • Should be an expert in Workday HCM functional configuration with demonstrated capabilities in redesigning recruiting business processes for large scale transformations.

  • Should have intermediate to advanced understanding of Workday supported integrations including file formats like XML, XSLT, JSON etc.

Workflow Coordinator

Job purposeis to manage workflow for a Presentation & Graphics Services Center and take work briefs from global clients (Bankers), negotiate deadlines, estimate work requests and plan shift wise project delivery plans. Also, monitor the project delivery dashboard for your shift and ensure every client receives professional advice and exceptional service.

Client management

  • Liaise with global clients (Bankers) in a professional and helpful manner, and proactively manage their expectations and project deliveries.

  • Proactively engage with clients to take detailed specifications and work briefs and then ensure such instructions are recorded for global designers to use

  • Act as the integral link between clients and designers. Record and summarize client instructions for designers and brief them of client requirements, if needed

  • Ensure a positive experience for our clients through clear communication over email/phone/chat and efficiently addressing queries and requests

Workflow management

  • Swiftly learn and effectively use our workflow tool and adapt to existing workflow procedures

  • Reviews requests and determines the most efficient resource to handle it.

  • Estimate all work requests practically allowing global production and design teams adequate time to process requests

  • Managing work traffic and ensuring shift resources are optimally utilized to support global client business needs

  • Be fully aware of global production capacity and resource availability and negotiate with clients for efficient delivery of services. Prioritize deadlines and manage workload to support urgent client requirements

  • Manages job dashboard to ensure jobs are being produced as per deadlines set.

  • Provide a thorough handover to the next shift including workflow status, priorities, projects at risk, and any other key updates

  • Coordinate with onsite teams when required either to share projects or to understand complex project work types

Other duties:

  • Act as a trainer and/or buddy for new hires

  • Provide recommendations for process, client experience and workflow tool improvements. Also, add value through coordination of global initiatives designed to enhance the customer experience.

  • Maintains current knowledge of all operating procedures and Citi policies.

Job Background / Context:

Presentation Technology (Pres Tech) is a specialist group that provides services to internal clients within the Banking and various other clients within Citi.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the production of pitchbook materials and offers conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials.

Apply strong presentation design, illustration, and data visualization skills, to interpret complex ideas and present them as simplistic and compelling designs. Produce high-quality design work including:

  • PowerPoint presentations in a range of formats (Citi or client templates)

  • MS Excel – creation of charts and tables

  • Concept and page layout designs

  • Formatting Word documents

Produce high-quality design work including:

  • Isometric creations and illustrations

  • Covers and template creations

  • Conceptual artworks

  • Map Tracing

Work alongside Project Coordinators and/or Creative Project Leads on custom graphics and design projects.

Leads design related projects. Collaborate with bankers and partner hubs to understand objectives and translate them into creative design solutions.

Should be able to manage multiple projects, adhering to timelines and delivering high-quality design work.

Communicate with global clients to understand their requirements and present complex ideas visually. Presentations are frequently created for multiple purposes, so the designer should be able to shift gears and adapt to different requirements.

Ensure all materials produced are correctly branded as per Citi standards and advises clients on the use of the Citi brand.

Liaise directly with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, job instructions and design requirements.

Assist with intake coordination, when required.

Be responsible for quality control of own work, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks.

Proactively raise creative ideas and emerging trends in line with the business objectives.
