  • Counsels on a broad range of mobility topics such as payroll, benefits, taxes, immigration and relocation.
  • Prepares costprojections/relocationestimates for HR for review and approval. Overview - support country coordinators of various services for all mobility programs which may include but not limited to: securing visas/work permits, finding a home, school enrolment requirements, destination services and relocation (dependent on package entitlements).
  • Conducts expatriate briefing sessions to review allowances and other benefits of the program and other details specific to the location.

The Mobility Design & Solutions sits within Mobility & Immigration under Benefits and is responsible for supporting Citi’s Mobility Programs through effective process governance, project management, productive methods, clear communications and detail-oriented approach to delivery.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines and efficiency ensuring all resources are effectively allocated on behalf of the Mobility & Immigration team.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
