Markets Operations at Citi has embarked on a significant, multi-year transformation covering all aspects of designing and delivering a future state target operating model: risk and controls, regulatory compliance, process reengineering, automation, people and culture, data transformation, technology investment and client service. Role Overview:

What you’ll do

• Manage and track a set of assigned projects, plans, deliverables to required standards and signed off.

• Proactively manage the communication of status, issue, resolution and risks to the Sponsor and key stakeholders on a timely basis.

What we’ll need from you:

• Experience in delivering transformation programs in a fast paced, large global financial services firm, ideally in an operations, risk or technology organization.

• Exceptional Program Management skills; Specialized program management and/or reengineering certifications (six sigma, Agile, Lean, Prince 2 or PMP).

• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities along with a desire to work in a dynamic environment is key.

This is an analyst position within the MAC Documentation Operations Unit. The primary responsibility is to provide support for day-to-day operational activities related to the processing of trading legal agreements.
