The key responsibilities of this role are to:

Client Facing Solutions: Engage directly with clients in the financial services industry to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Own and manage the post-trade Operational relationship for a portfolio of Australian Clients ​
  • Ensure client queries are acknowledged, investigated, and resolved within expected timeframes in line with CITI standards.
  • Provide operational solutions and remediations to eliminate /reduce client or Citi pain points & manual touch-points
  • Provide clients with clear and concise updates relating to (market events, delays, or technology issues)

Essential Requirements:

Client & Relationship Focus:

  • Proven experience managing and expanding client relationships in Australian financial services, particularly with institutional equities trading clients.
