In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Own and manage the post-trade Operational relationship for a portfolio of Australian Clients ​
  • Ensure client queries are acknowledged, investigated, and resolved within expected timeframes in line with CITI standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant client facing experience

  • Market expertise, in at least one of the following Listed derivatives, OTC Clearing/Futures, Prime brokerage, Equites etc.

Client & Relationship Focus:

  • Proven experience managing and expanding client relationships in Australian financial services, particularly with institutional equities trading clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp client needs, proactively address issues, and provide top-tier service in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including conducting client meetings and operational reviews.

  • Honed consulting, influence, and negotiation skills to achieve desired outcomes. Be able to travel about ~20% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree.
  • 10 years’ experience working within Technology, Operations or Client-facing activities.
  • 3+ years financial services experience, preferably in Securities Services.
  • Degree-educated; either in a financial discipline or else IT.
