Your Impact
  • Achieve sales objectives, including meeting quotas, efficiency requirements, and other key performance indicators as defined by sales management.
  • Consult and sell specified renewal software/service options, including multi-year and coterminous service renewals, focusing on customer and partner sales.
  • Support the pursuit and closure of annuity renewals by emphasizing the value of services and maintaining install base data.
  • Increase penetration through cross/up-selling by understanding customer landscapes and recommending improved or complementary solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build credibility and provide a single customer-facing solution.
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting and managing the deal lifecycle using tools such as Salesforce.com, Cisco Ready, Cisco Commerce Workspace, and CCW-R.
  • Develop strong relationships with the CX Customer Success Adopt/Expand team and the CX Platform Connected Digital Interactions team.
  • Interpret install base data to produce accurate renewal lists and drive sales motions.
  • You may sell both directly and through / with partners.
  • Proactively engage with customers & partners on their renewal opportunities 120 days before the renewal date.
  • Spends > 50% of the time in contact with customers & partners; mainly interacts with IT, LOB, and key decision-makers.
  • Spends 25%~50% of your time building awareness to assess customer & partner landscapes / inventories in an effort to cross/up-sell.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Sales or data-focused experience in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of client's economic environment (financial strategies and performance indicators).
  • Experience in building effective account plans and presenting them to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and summary production.
  • Fluency in Korean.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mid-market / SMB Sales or Renewal Sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and database systems (Oracle Service Contracts/Discovery experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, effective customer service skills, and presentation abilities.

What You’ll Do
As a technical expert you will implement tailored technical enablement strategies focused on software adoption support and customer success, equipping partners with the essential knowledge and expertise to help their customers achieve faster value realization.
  • Help partners scale their software practices to include customer success. Enable partners on customer success tools, processes and resources.
  • Assess and develop technical enablement plans to drive use case progression through technical enablement.
  • Help partners scale their software practice to drive license consumption and utilization with a focus on Enterprise Agreements.
  • Encourage partners to leverage automation and insights to accelerate software adoption motions.
  • Drive telemetry activation and validation to create digital agility within partners’ software adoption, leveraging platforms, data & AI.
Who You Are
  • You ideally have industry recognized technical certifications and a working knowledge of Cisco architectures. You strive for continuous learning, results orientation and have excellent communications skills. You are a team player and can work autonomously when required.
  • Influence and challenge the partner's thinking to develop better solutions to business and IT objectives.
  • You can confidently connect technology solutions to business outcomes and use cases.

Key Stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge with one or two of the following technology and architecture areas:
    • Network security products and services including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, advanced threat analysis, endpoint protection, cloud security solutions.
    • Networking, Routing Protocols, Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), Software Defined Access, Network automation and application development.
  • Expertise in designing, testing and building APIs.
  • Expertise in license management, onboarding and adoption.
  • Deep technical knowledge with the ability to understand and connect customer use cases/plans with Cisco solutions and how Cisco solutions can be optimally applied in a customer’s environment to accelerate business value.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills that strengthen relationships with internal and external partners up to the executive level. Fluent in Korean and business English.
Strongly Preferred
  • CCNA and CCNP or equivalent in adjacent technologies.
  • Partner/Customer Technical Consulting skills.
  • Past experience or industry knowledge of Partner / Reseller roles or Solution engineering.
  • Previous knowledge and experience with Cisco’s Architecture, SW/Solution Portfolio.
