- Build rapport with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Provide expert advice on wireless plans, devices, and features.
- Close sales effectively while meeting individual sales targets.
- Ensure customers are informed of promotions, offers, and product updates.
- Work closely with technical & Sales teams to customize wireless solutions based on customer requirements.
- Responsible for driving business growth, partnerships, and revenue generation in the wireless business. This role involves subject matter expertise, strategic planning, competitive analysis, relationship management with Internal Team, Partners & Customers.
- Help customers & Internal teams address the massive shifts taking place in the competitive global technical landscape of wireless networking and deliver on desired Business Outcomes
- Fully understand the Customer business need and how a Cisco wireless solution stack can address this for the Customer
- Strong knowledge on Wireless technology and related solutions (Wifi-7, WIfi-6E, Location Based solutions, Wireless First Trends, IOT etc)
- Excellent presentation skills with consultative approach to Provide product training, how we differentiate and demonstrations to customers, sales teams & Partners.
- Work with Distributors and develop a demand generation programs
- Work with Partners and Distributors and develop bundles based on market requirements
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest wireless technology, products, and services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers and partners
- Stay informed about competitors’ products and services to better position the company’s offerings.
- Sales Reporting and Administrative Tasks:
- Document customer interactions and sales transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Track and report sales performance and customer/Partner feedback to Business unit
- Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in wireless or technology products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- 14+ years of experience.
