• Maintain and develop enterprise-grade Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments
• Create data infrastructure for various R&D groups across the organization to support product development and optimization
• Work with data experts to assist with technical data-related issues and support infrastructure needs
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for scalability
• Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across various systems

• B.Sc. in Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer working on production systems
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases
• Proven experience using Python
• Hands-on experience building, optimizing, and automating data pipelines, architectures, and data sets
• Experience in creating and maintaining ETL/ELT processes
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical (R&D) and non-technical (business) teams
• Advantage: experience with Azure services such as Storage Accounts, Databricks, EventHub, and Spark

• Translate ambiguous product or business challenges into well-defined data science problems
• Research and prototype cutting-edge AI techniques (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, etc.)
• Design and implement data-driven algorithms, analyze data, build and evaluate models
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy scalable, production-ready solutions
• Work with product teams to align AI solutions with user needs and business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and fellow scientists to bring research into production and deliver measurable impact
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and generative AI, and actively contribute to innovation within the team and broader organization

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, working on machine learning-related projects or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience in modern AI techniques, including LLMs, embeddings, knowledge graphs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent systems and prompt-engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, scikit-learn), as well as graph and vector database technologies
• Experience working with large datasets and data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark)
• Pragmatic approach, open-minded, good communicator who can simplify complex ideas and designs
• BSc in Computer Science or related field. MSc - advantage
• Background in cybersecurity - advantage

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, guiding their technical growth and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture
• Own the full lifecycle of data science projects — from problem definition, research, and experimentation to model development, evaluation, and deployment
• Translate business and product goals into well-defined data science problems, and identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI and machine learning
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and software developers to integrate models into a scalable, production-grade system
• Ensure product reliability, explainability, and performance, to achieve goals in real-world environments
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML research and tools, and promote a culture of innovation

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning , with at least 2 years in a leadership role , with proven experience mentoring data scientists and leading projects end-to-end
• Deep understanding of modern AI techniques, including LLMs, embeddings, knowledge graphs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, scikit-learn), as well as graph and vector database technologies
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering, and to integrate generative AI capabilities into scalable into large-scale, production-grade systems
• MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Experienced with cyber security – advantage
