In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

• Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and develop technical solutions.

• Overseeing code reviews, deployments, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines.

• Driving best practices for coding, testing, and software design within the team.

Required Skills:

• At least 5+ years of hands-on development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Expertise in
Ruby- must,React.js, and Node.js for application development.

• Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and deployment tools like ArgoCD.

• Proficiency in containerization using Docker.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and inspire a technical team.

• Bonus: Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, Aurora, and CDN.
