Contract Trainers must be familiar with forensic best practices in using the hardware and software in an organized way to acquire and analyze evidence. The Contract Trainer should also possess a working knowledge of relevant legal concepts such as chain of custody, best evidence rule, plain view doctrine, search and seizure issues at a practical level and required levels of proof such as probable cause, beyond reasonable doubt and similar relevant topics surrounding forensics.

Key Job Functions:

Data research.Apply research and data to improve the content, sequence, and outcomes of the teaching-learning process. Monitor professional research and disseminate ideas and information to others.

Ensure the use of technology in the instruction-learning process. Obtain and use course feedback, including student achievement data to examine curriculum and instruction program effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Participates as a presenter in industry and professional conferences and events.
• Assist in the development of data sets, tests, and examinations to support learning and skill measurement.
• Management of cost-effective travel arrangements to facilitate necessary travel consistent with corporate guidelines.
• Preparation and timely submission of expense reports
• Provide effective feedback to supervisors and product management teams regarding customer and identified feature requests and bugs with the goal of developing better functioning and more useful products.
• Engaging in self-managed professional development efforts to stay current in the field of mobile device forensic and best practices.
• Complete reports, training records, and necessary documentation for maintaining training records.

Qualifications:

• Former Sworn Law Enforcement / Military Official with more than 5 years of experience
• At least two years of digital intelligence, forensic, cyber, or high-tech investigations
• Experience in testifying in both State and Federal Court as a Qualified Expert Witness
• At least two years of experience serving as technical trainer.
• Experience with guiding, mentoring, and presenting to a wide variety of international audiences.
• Technical expertise in digital intelligence, public and private investigations, and digital forensics
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a wide variety of constituents.
• Industry Certifications (CCO, CCPA, CCME, CISSP, A+, NET+, SECURITY+, CFCE, EnCE, etc.)

Position Overview:

Cellebrite is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer located in Italy to engage with customers during the presales process. As part of the pre-sales function, you will play a critical role in providing tailored technical solutions to our law enforcement agency clients. You will work closely with the sales, engineering, customer success, and operations teams to design and present innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of these customers. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, delivering technical presentations, managing product demonstrations, and supporting the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing within the EMEA South region. The position will require frequent travel and will report to the EMEA South Pre-Sales Manager.



• Client Engagement : Serve as the primary technical advisor to public sector, government and Military clients during the sales process. Engage with stakeholders to understand their mission-critical requirements, providing deep technical insight into Cellebrite products and services. Manage Customer Workshops / Webinars / equipment demos
• Solution Design & Delivery : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design solution deployments that address specific customer´s needs. Ensure that all solutions comply with the customer’s need, industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Product Demonstrations & Presentations : Lead technical demonstrations and presentations of our products, showcasing their relevance and capabilities within customer environments. Articulate how our solutions will enhance effectiveness, improve flows, and address challenges.
• Proposal Development : Support the sales team in creating high-quality proposals, technical documentation, and responses to tenders. Tailor proposals to the unique needs of clients, ensuring compliance with strict requirements.
• Proof of Concept (PoC) : Manage and oversee proof-of-concept engagements, ensuring that the product or solution meets the specific customers’ needs in different scenarios, such as field, on prem or SaaS environments.
• Sales Enablement : Provide the sales team with technical expertise and resources to enhance their ability to engage with clients effectively. Help them navigate complex technical discussions, locate new business, and close sales including managing RFPs and Proposals
• Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of the latest Forensic trends, government Cloud policies, and technological advancements. Provide feedback to internal teams to help shape future product offerings and enhance market positioning.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of Cellebrite solutions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering / IT or the equivalent of
• 3 years Pre-sale Engineering experience
• Relevant operational experience
• Located in Italy (close to Rome advantage)
• Fluency in written and conversational business Italian.
• Fluency in written and conversational business English.
• Proven experience in the design and delivery of technology solutions, with a deep understanding of the technologies relevant to the role
• Good knowledge of Operating Systems (windows and Linux) and basic networking.
• Understanding of networking & IP Protocols an advantage·
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS Mandatory / others an advantage)
• Excellent Written and Verbal Presentation and Communication Skills (Italian & English)
• Proactivity and Independency are a must.
