

Key Role Details
Full-time new hires for this role will start as a cohort in a rotational program in August 2025.
This role is a full-time associate position within a 18-month rotational program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent.
Participation in the program requires that you are located in Mexico City, with in-person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One’s. For those not currently located in Mexico City, it is expected that you will relocate prior to the start of the program in August 2025.
Basic Qualifications
Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
A completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Information Technology, or other technical field obtained between December 2023 and August 2025
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills
Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
Intermediate to advanced programming skills or experience in one or more of the following areas: Go, Kotlin, Python, Java, HTML, Swift, XML, JSON, UML, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripts, Objective C, C#, C/C++, Perl, .net, asp.net, Visual Basic
Hands on technical experience through activities such as: technical internship, part-time technical role, STEM teaching assistant, or technical research

What You’ll Do:
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers
Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent
Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.)
Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs
Basic Qualifications:
Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
At least 1 year of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
