תיאור:What you'll do:
- Conduct research on large enterprise companies and identify key personas.
- Outbound omni-channel approach: Engaging through cold calls, email sequences and LinkedIn, to generate new sales opportunities.
- Deliver value proposition, qualify prospect needs, and discover valuable information through intro meetings.
- Demonstrate Buildots’ platform offering to potential prospects in the key accounts.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective contacts.
- Meet monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the sales team and regional lead to ensure our company's goals are met.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in an individual contributor role with a strong BDR/SDR background
- Strong attention to details with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire and ability to achieve targets.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment, takes initiative, and collaborates effectively to drive success
- Proficiency with Salesforce – advantage.
- Experience in Enterprise sales – advantage.
- Experience in ConTech companies – advantage.
- Fluent in German and strong written and verbal proficiency in English
