What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on and remote clinical support during procedures, including basic troubleshooting of our CRM devices.
Attend cases in person or remotely, advising physicians on clinical techniques and product attributes.
Be available for weekend work, based on customer demand and scheduled support.
Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation related to device usage.
Collaborate with the commercial team to help achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with hospital staff, understanding workflows and identifying key decision-makers to support future sales opportunities.
Respond to complex customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions, often in collaboration with sales, clinical, marketing, or technical teams.
Keep customer interactions and activities updated in the company’s CRM system, ensuring alignment with other commercial roles.
Deliver product education and training to healthcare professionals.
What You Bring
You’ll likely tick some of these boxes:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) as a Field Clinical Specialist, Cardiac Physiologist, or similar.
Based in Dublin or surroundings — or willing to relocate.
Degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly.
Willingness to travel extensively and work weekends when needed.
A collaborative spirit, with the ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.

Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute territory business plan, resulting in achievement of assigned sales objectives.
Excellence in product and procedure knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes to achieve results.
Conduct clinical in-service training programs with appropriate customers.
Educate health care providers, in a clinical setting, on the proper use of products.
Work with facility decision makers to ensure approved usage of products.
Understand and educate healthcare professionals on patient care pathways.
Demonstrate an understanding of the pricing and reimbursement landscape relevant to products.
Manage inventory and sample control processes which include but are not limited to compliance regulations, cost control measures, and field/sample inventory management.
Stay current with company communications through the use of technology which includes but is not limited to email, voice mail, conference calls, meetings, and CRM software.
Complete administrative responsibilities which includes, but is not limited to: customer interactions through CRM, timely submission & management of expenses, proficiencies in required trainings.
Demonstrate high standards of ethics and adherence to Boston Scientific compliance policies.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales / sales management experience, minimum of 2+ years of medical device quota-based sales experience.
Demonstrated track record meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas.
Will favor candidates with prior success with new therapy introductions, and radiographic imaging.
Clear understanding of med tech sales, territory management, and customer relationship management.
Experience calling on hospital and ambulatory surgery centers (ASC).
Experience working in a challenging reimbursement environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in an Operating Room (surgery, surgical procedure exposure)
Disruptive product sales experience
Experience with total office approach to sales
Proven track record of success / growth in sales
Able to build strong rapport and relate well to physician, hospital, office, and ASC’s clinical and economic decision makers
Experience building and maintaining physician champions
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Proficient with technology (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software).

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will beplus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. New Cardio Graduate Foundation Training Program
Successful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract, where they will learn and expand experiences in the New Cardio field from our trained Sales and Support Representatives in a live environment. This will give you a first-hand insight into the commercial world of Healthcare outside of a University setting. You will develop many competences while preforming in a professional work situation.
This role will be based around North of UK (Manchester/Liverpool) and will require daily travel throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills.
• Become certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area.
• Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting
• Interact with Healthcare professionals and patients in clinical interventions
• Plan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians
• Educate clinicians on a product franchise
• Commercially promote a product franchise
• Contributes to the preparation and production of presentations and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
• Conducts her/himself as a regular full-time member of the staff by accepting and adhering to BSC's rules and regulations and by engaging in professional and personable conduct at all times with staff and customers. The Graduate is also obligated to comply with any confidentiality and professional policies established by Boston Scientific.
Profile Requirements:
• Be a recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2024/2025) with a Biomedical, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardio etc.
• Be fluent in English (C1)
• Have planning, time management, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Have completed a placement within a clinical, hospital or similar setting.
• Be computer/technically savvy.
• Have a desire to learn, be coached and develop within a commercial setting.
• Be willing to travel across the UK or Europe and be away for up to a week at a time.
• Hold a current driving license
