Purpose Statement:

• To drive the achievement of business growth through focused market/competitive analysis and the provision of a long term strategic marketing plan in coordination with the country Management and GEM/EMEA URO division/franchise counterparts. This position is responsible for the elaboration and the execution of the Divisional Plan and budget as well as the implementation of the Marketing excellence standards within his/her group .

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds Division budget in cooperation of divisions' direction

• Product launches, educating sales force on sales strategies in cooperation of GEM/EMEA Marketing

• Upgrades product and procedure experience to expert level in the country

• Conveys market needs and sales requirements to International Marketing team

• Ensures that the country build a formalized Marketing Plan based on and followed by Divisional Strat Map

• Drives local country Marketing Strategy Formulation to define winning product strategies customized for the local market that drive significant growth in the country; Identifies key uncertainties and questions to be resolved about the local market and local customers; Identifies the right marketing tools (e.g., segmentation) to address the key questions for the local market and coaches team on how to them; Advances the quality of all analysis and choice making of local product team to address the uncertainties/questions to be resolved; Ensures consistency and alignment across product strategies in the local market as well as the European strategy.

• Drives local country Marketing Strategy Implementation & Communication; Guides local team and Product Manager to develop customized messages and selling tools for the local market that enables the Sales Force to drive desired customer behavior change; Champions the local implementation plan with Product Manager and the country Sales Force; Based on budget allocations and product input from (Local) Product Managers/Specialists, makes resource allocation trade-off decisions across products for local implementations; Ensures the right set of specific metrics are in place for tracking success of local marketing efforts – determines corrective action when local product performance is not on track.

• Knows the Business/Industry: Demonstrates a deep understanding of the medical devices sector, BSC’s positioning in that market and the role of their product line in that positioning (and specifically for the respective countries).

• Knows the Product Context: Demonstrates depth as well breadth of knowledge of the anatomy, disease, technology, steps of procedures and competitive and regulatory environment for all products in the line.

• Stakeholder Management: Manages communication with key (local) stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of customer programs and to ensure alignment and effective implementation of country strategies and implementation plans and choices. Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.

• Planning and Management: Designs and manages an efficient and effective work process for Product Manager. Reliably delivers relevant and value-added outputs within agreed upon timelines.

• Quality: As interface to Clients and Sales Organization has direct responsibility to facilitate, share documents and process to identify, notify and ensure any complaint or problem are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors. Account Manager, NC - Western Region , KSA

This position will be based in Jeddah , Western Region

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributes to the development of annual strategic plan by providing RSM, NSM, BUM and Marketing with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope (e.g. market size and potential, market / product trends, business opportunities, competitive landscape, updated clinical and economic stakeholders).
• Understands account’s unmet needs and expectations and consistently develops detailed account plans, supporting RSM in Top Tier 1 accounts while autonomously performing the activity in other Tier 1, Tier 2 and (Tier 3 if applicable) accounts. Designs and executes sales strategies and activities for accounts in scope, accordingly with account plans and in compliance with national and regional target.
• Develops the stakeholder map, defines touchpoints and action plan for each of them and ensures account information are timely updated into systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOL, promoting Health Economics arguments and engaging decision-makers to discuss commercial programs and solutions.
• Supports clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunity deriving from clinical support; performs, with the guidance of RSM, clinical selling based on clinical support information.

Work is driven by Customer demand and pre-planned support requirements. The primary focus is with case support but using clinical expertise to influence Customer usage of the full portfolio.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Provides field/ remote clinical support in the areas of supporting case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
• Work is driven by Customer demand and pre-planned support requirements.
• Attend cases face to face/ remotely with our customer and advise physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with our products.
• Ensure timely collection, reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.
• Supports Sales team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.
• Develops deep understanding on the workflows and specificities of each hospital & business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through informal conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.
