Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full financial planning cycle: forecasting, budgeting, and medium/long-term projections.
- Coordinate financial performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for proactive recommendations.
- Manage cross-functional financial projects with regional or corporate impact.
- Develop advanced dashboards and executive reports for decision-makers.
- Act as a business partner with strategic areas (sales, marketing, operations).
- Evaluate investment cases, product profitability, mergers, acquisitions, and/or expansions.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all critical financial information.
- Lead the implementation of improvements in financial processes, automation, and standardization.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis within multinational companies.
- Advanced English
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience using Oracle Hyperion and SAP.
- Applied knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and financial automation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact with leadership and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Leadership without authority, proactivity, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
