Key Responsibilities Include:

• Physical control of the company’s fixed assets: This includes documentation related to internal movements, updating the control system, and maintaining physical records of asset documentation.
• Construction in Progress (CIP): Responsible for managing documentation related to ongoing construction projects and conducting periodic physical sampling.
• Support for Free Trade Zone compliance: Assist in adhering to Free Trade Zone regulations by following company-established procedures, such as presenting physical documentation to support asset capitalization or the creation of control assets. Additionally, responsible for maintaining the complementary asset control system.
• Financial analysis and reporting: Compile and analyze financial information through the preparation of reports, general ledger entries, and journal entries.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma (mandatory)
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field such as Industrial Engineering
• English proficiency at B2+ level
• Administrative work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
