About the Role

We’re looking for aFinance Process Improvement Expert / Process Engineerwho will be a partner across Finance subfunctions and other support functions to optimize, automate, and standardize key finance processes.   • Lean Six Sigma certification(Green Belt or higher) preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in process engineering , business process improvement
  • Strong skills in process mapping and project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proven experience facilitating process improvement workshops .
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), process visualization tools (Visio), and process mining (Celonis).

  • Lead projects developing high-performance solutions (including bots, automated spreadsheets, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), dashboards, data extractions, artificial intelligence, etc. Create high-quality code that satisfies needs and strives for simplicity, clarity, and testability.
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving documentation, toolkits, and knowledge resources to support consistency and knowledge sharing across improvement efforts.
  • Properly capture value of high-performance solutions, making delivered improvements transparent.
  • Identify and recommend ways to drive more value out of the company's technology assets, maximizing reuse and avoiding redundancy. Participate in discovery sessions with business stakeholders – identifying process requirements, the solutions that can be leveraged, resources required, etc.
  • Understand architectural, design, implementation, and security standards and best practices. Engage in and align practices with the company’s digital transformation strategy.
  • Work closely with management to educate and to articulate the requirements necessary to promote overall digital goals.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering or data science
  • 4+ years experience related to data analytics and reporting
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • English level Desire 80% or above

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a regulated industry environment
  • Working knowledge of SAP/S4Hana and Snowflake
  • Proven track record of implementing strategic business initiatives in matrixed teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for developing relationships and driving continuous improvement
