What you’ll do:

• Metrics : Implement comprehensive service metrics to track and report on system reliability, performance, and efficiency
• Optimization : Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and execute pipeline optimization
• Collaborate with Scrum teams and other stakeholders to identify potential risks.
• Analysis : Conduct post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence and refine the system reliability framework

What you’ll bring:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field
• Between 4- 7 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java
• In-depth understanding of operating systems, networking, and cloud services
• Experience with monitoring tools (for example, Datadog, ELK, Redash)
• Proven experience in managing large-scale distributed systems and understanding the principles of scalability and reliability
• Familiarity with DevOps culture and practices, and experience with CI/CD systems
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and data
• Certifications in cloud services, networking, or systems administration - Advantage

What you'll do:

• Design and write tests based on product requirements
• Analyze and troubleshoot complicated workflows to design testing and easily identify faulty components in a complex system.
• Work with various technologies and components: Web applications, Playwright, K8s, AWS cloud, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Redis, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Participate in our QA Guild meetings across the company to exchange ideas and collaborate
• Participate in team planning, design, and reflection meetings, continuously improving the team’s capacity, estimation abilities, and product reliability.
• Develop and debug on top of Kubernetes infrastructure
• Work closely with R&D teams in an Agile environment

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Scripting knowledge (using Python/JavaScript)
• Experience communicating findings and collaborating across teams
• A passion for improving the overall quality of the product you test

Advantages:

• High level of English
• Experience with data sources testing, such as Google Drive, S3, and OneDrive
• Experience using monitoring tools, like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Experience with cloud vendors such as: AWS, GCP, Azure.
