What you can expect

As a Client Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with our FI / NBFI clients. You will help to service, advise, support and manage portfolio of Banks and Non-Banking Financial Institutions by providing professional, courteous and high quality customer service in all aspects of domestic, international and cash management services. This role offers a high level of visibility as you will work in conjunction with a number of other internal teams to provide seamless delivery to, and build relationships with a variety of client stakeholders.

The APAC Corporate Treasury Trade Support associate will be the front to back contact as it relates to trade structure and process flow within the APAC region. The candidate will be responsible for researching and aligning the various activities performed in the region. Alignment and implementation of activities will be driven by the Treasury Trade Control Single Process Inventory (SPI) and regional regulations and guidelines. The candidate will create and implement an action plan for activities needing migration and will perform such activities thereafter. Such activities in scope for alignment, but not limited to, are metric reporting, trade validation, reconciliations, reporting, end of day controls, trade amendments and new product reviews/approvals. The front to back understanding of the APAC support structure will be required in order for the candidate to sustain the level of customer service required by the APAC Front Office as well as to provide the OpEx/Change team with the needed capabilities required in the region. This role requires the candidate to be flexible in the work performed as the role is comprised of analysis of the activities needed but also performance of such activities once initial review and implementation occur. The candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to work closely with Front Office, Back Office and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve the needs of the APAC region. The candidate will need to have a high sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.

The Manager, Stock Lending Operations, will be responsible for the building up of operational functions of stock lending settlements for Asia markets.

This role will require a deep understanding of both Stock Lending and Asian equity markets operations processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Understand front to back systems workflows of systems and settlements construct, primarily in SBL and International Prime businesses.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes, policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and compliant execution of stock loan, securities lending and its life cycle operational processes.
  • Identify operational risks and efficient framework for settlements in stock loan settlements in Asia markets.
  • Lead the day to day operations of the business, including trade processing, settlement, corporate actions and custodian interaction.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments to ensure business is compliant.
  • Oversee and participate in maintenance and implementation of operational technology systems and platforms.
  • Identify and create internal processes to meet front office requirements.
  • Monitor service and control standards against, overall business / department objectives, markets standards.

Job Requirements

  • Good understanding of required operational procedures to support front office in Equity stock loan and relevant product lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal communication verbal and written skills. Comfortable working with Front Office and colleagues based remotely.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the stock loan settlements area in Asia markets.
  • Sound knowledge of lifecycle event and exception management.
