Provides short- and long-term planning for access network technologies, including analysis, solution recommendations, and the implementation of said strategy.

Preferred Bachelors of Science degree in Math, Science, or Engineering. Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years experience. TechnicalCareer Pathway (TCP) role.

An experienced engineer, who demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the engineering position, design tool and databases. Possesses leadership skills, manages large-scale projects and programs, interfaces with strategic vendors, and is capable of mentoring peers and new hires.
