• Collaborate with ODMs to define and validate high-current, low-voltage, multi-phase DC/DC converter (VRD) solutions for server systems.
• Lead and review circuit simulation, power integrity, and system validation efforts conducted by ODM partners
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineers to ensure seamless power subsystem integration.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ODMs, and OEMs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure designs meet industry compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Document design specifications, test plan, and design guidelines for manufacturing and validation teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in DC/DC power supply design, with shown focus on VRD for server platforms.
• Solid understanding of power electronics, closed-loop control systems, and thermal design.
• Proficient in using EM simulation tools such as PowerDC, PowerSI, and SiWave to analyze power and signal integrity in high-speed PCB systems.
• Hands-on experience with PCB design and layout practices.
• Familiar with power-related industry standards and regulatory compliance.

• Direct experience with server platform power delivery network (PDN) design.
• Deep knowledge of PCB layout standard processes for power applications.

• Deliver first‑line hardware design support for customer server and workstation platforms based on Arm SoC.
• Review schematics and layouts, identify design risks, and recommend best‑practice improvements.
• Reproduce, triage, and resolve hardware issues from early bring‑up through mass production.
• Partner with internal silicon, architecture, and board‑design teams to debug system‑level problems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in hardware system or schematic design for servers, workstations, or complex embedded boards.
• Solid knowledge of SoC and board‑level components: CPU, DDR, FLASH/ROM, PCIe, USB, I²C, SPI, UART, GPIO, and power‑delivery circuits.
• Proficiency with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.

• Experience collaborating with ODM/OEM partners and JDM manufacturing models.

• Define the set of tools and frameworks required for developers to deploy machine learning models and applications on Arm platforms, aligned with user needs in IoT markets
• Define and implement a strategy for the migration and optimisation of ML workloads between cloud and edge devices
• Work across product and engineering teams to manage tooling software requirements and deliverables
• Collaborate with third party vendors and projects to incorporate their tools into our solutions where applicable

• Deep understanding of delivering AI inference on edge computing, or cloud platforms
• Deep knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to align product strategy and build consensus across product and engineering teams

• Relevant software development experience on Linux based systems, as a software architect or lead developer for one or more products

Responsibilities:

You will join the Solutions Performance Analysis team within Central Technology as a System Performance Analysis Engineer. You will run experiments on a pre-Silicon SoC environments analysing the performance of the different Arm components (CPU, Interconnect, etc) using use-cases close to the ones run on server and networking products. You will help bringing up some of these use cases and understanding their behaviour on future platforms. You will be in charge of finding the different potential bottlenecks and help providing solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Detailed understanding of computer architecture.
• Familiarity with Verilog/SystemVerilog
• Front-End Design experience
• Experience on Ruby, Assembly language, ideally in Arm assembly, and programming languages such as C or C++
• Able to work in teams and to collaborate with colleagues in other groups and sites.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Unix, scripting, and source control systems (e.g., Git, Subversion).
• Familiarity with one or more CPU instruction sets.
