Job Description

As a Software Product Delivery Manager, you will lead the orchestration of complex software version deliveries across cross-functional teams. Your mission is to ensure timely, high-quality releases by applying strong leadership, agile methodologies, and a continuous improvement mindset. Whatyou'll be doing:

7+ years of experience in project or release management within R&D environments.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and a results-driven approach.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams.
B.Sc. in Engineering or a related field.
PMP certification – a plus.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence – an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Transition: Oversee the transition of products from PD to mass production, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Design Review (DR) Meetings: Actively participate in DR meetings to provide insights and feedback on product designs.
• PD & ELS 1st tools: Manage the PD & ELS tools to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
• Design for Excellence (DFX): Lead DFX activities to enhance product design, work methods, and infrastructure.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support for end-user issues arising from the production environment through SOS (Service Oriented Support) calls, addressing both specific problems and systemic issues.
• Engineering Change Orders (ECO): Manage and oversee new ECOs entering the production floor to prevent delays and ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Expertise: Strong engineering background with a deep understanding of production and development processes.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or development environment, preferably within the SEM products lines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve both specific and systemic issues effectively.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for product development and manufacturing.

• Promote quality strategic in our development process.
• Managing QA team in Israel, incl. recruitment, on-boarding and training
• Managing end to end SW version and features quality in aspects of functionality, validation, value and time to market.
• Support SW version installation and quality at customers’ sites
• Identify and promote long term quality improvement processes for future roadmap while defining / monitoring quality KPIs
• Promote Automation instead of manual testing to improve efficiency and time to market.
• Organize work in challenging, complex (SW and HW), multidisciplinary environment on simulations, tools and off-tools to test and automate SW and Algo feature flows and UX.
• Continuously promote technical capabilities and certifications of the group and QA within division.

BA, BSc or practical engineer in one of the scientific fields

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proven experience of leading quality policies and methodologies within organization.

Experienced with testing and agile methodology (JIRA, XRAY, confluence)

Coding / Automation background - advantage.
