Key Responsibilities

Perform algorithmic C&F for an algorithmic module, including problem analysis, data gathering, literature review, concept selection and evaluation and implementation constrains

Construct a algorithmic work plan for modules owned by him

Understand and act according to system and applicative environment regarding module development. Take part in system definitions

Act as a technical tutor and instructor regarding own algorithmic modules. Guide algorithm developers working with him on same module

- Experience of developing defect inspection related algorithm

- Understand semiconductor fab defect review process is a plus

• Engage in customer facing activities (SoW / H2H) to understand algorithmic limitations and deliver corresponding solutions with HQ timely

• Work closely with HQ to develop new featuresin the fields of Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Deep Learning

• Improve existing features for better sensitivity and stability

• Evaluate new algorithms with regularity at customer sites to ensure seamless transfer of key features from Lab to Fab

• Provide technical support for urgent escalations and collaborate withapplications, system, physics, software teams to deliver solutions

• Algorithm integration in large systems considering HW and SW aspects

Qualifications

• MSc or Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or 3+ years ofindustrialexperience as Algorithm developer

• Strong theoretical foundation and hands-on experience in Computer Vision and Machine Learning – must

• Development experience in Python– must

• Comfortable working on Linux servers, command line, Git–must

• Experience of working in Semiconductor industry–plus

• Theoretical and hands-on experience inDeep Learning – plus

• Availability to travel abroad 10% of the year

• Good communicator with moderate English skills
