The Instrumentation & Control department is part of AMIL facilities organization, responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) and other I&C systems that support critical infrastructure and operations.
As a Control and Automation Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping and supporting the automation infrastructure of our facility.
You will be responsible for developing, updating and maintaining control software and HMI systems, integrating PLCs, and optimizing BMS.
You will collaborate across disciplines to solve complex technical challenges, contribute to energy efficiency initiatives, and drive improvements in system reliability and performance.

You will be leading research, design, development, and implementation of algorithmic modules. You will perform algorithmic concepts and feasibility for image processing algorithms, including problem analysis, data gathering, literature review, concept selection and evaluation and implementation constraint.

About the Group
ICAPS Software Groupis responsible for the end-to-end development of ICAPS products, which utilize Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) to detect defects and measure nanoscale elements during semiconductor manufacturing.
Our scope includes all software components: database architecture, device control and synchronization, fab interface and automation, and application development.

Your Responsibilities

Looking For
BSc in Physics or Engineering; MSc or PhD is a plus.
+ years of experienceassystemsengineer indeveloping multidisciplinary systems.
Background in electro-optics, mechatronics, or signal/image processing.
Experience in system or application engineering for PDC systems – an advantage.
Semiconductor industry experience – an advantage.
in Python or MATLAB – an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to learn independently, apply analytical thinking, and integrate knowledge across disciplines.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
