What We Offer

Manage Outline Agreement(OA) Contract maintenance including Ariba Quote for contract process implementation, OA line deactivation, OA administration work, Manage Quota Dual Source request and etc. to serve Global Supply Chain spend on contract target and Advanced Purchasing program (PACE/DASH) expansion.

1.)Responsible for handling Contract price execution request through online tool requested by internal stakeholders.

2.)Able to utilize existing tools, data source to Perform candidate analysis, get alignment with requestors and key stakeholders.

3.)Follow Ariba quote for Contract process to publish quotation with suppliers, push for results, analyze quotation, do negotiation, gain SAM approval for awarded scenario and follow till outline agreement integrated in system.

4.) Collaboration with stakeholders and do needful negotiation with suppliers

5.)Handle OA line deactivation request through online tool, follow up and collaborate with requestor and SAM to meet cycle time requirements and maintain system changes.

6.)Handle Quota Dual Source request through online tool, maintain system changes, drive online platform enhancement and process optimization

SupportPACE/DASHProgram Expansion, including onboarding eligible parts to PACE/DASH program, taking risk parts off program, handling supplier liability claim and liability PO management, managing type switch like PACE consigned to non-consigned/DASH, maintaining attribute accuracy, adjusting PACE Min-Max level, DASH buffer stock level, implementing conversion, Inventory Pull and etc.

• Candidate Analysis, scrub, internal review with BU materials, SAM, Purchasing team
• Amendment request creation, negotiation with supplier

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain experience on sourcing, purchasing, analytics, project/program management and supplier management.

Key responsibilities:

• Kinaxis Maestro (Formerly Rapid Response) application analytics
• Expertise in authoring role in Kinaxis Maestro application ie developing workbooks with advanced features like composite workbooks, scorecards and dashboards along with scripting.
• System integration knowledge to connect with other enterprise systems with Kinaxis Maestro application.
• Serve as an interface with a customer sub-group within a business unit or functional area such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service and Finance for the purpose of business technology alignment, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio management and relationship management.
• Analyzes business requirements or issues, converts analysis to functional specifications, and designs solutions to meet cross functional business requirements or resolve issues. Perform and document software application configuration, prepare and execute testing scenarios and scripts (unit, integration, performance, regression acceptance) and data conversions.
• Provides business application functional support services to meet performance, availability, customer service level agreement, and customer satisfaction targets. Monitors specific IT systems or set of systems for availability, performance and capabilities and reports anomalies through predefined process. • Oversees/manages contingent workers performing project and/or support services. Responsible for the selection, on boarding and off boarding of contingent workers in a timely manner. Mange contingent worker project/task assignments and ensure work product quality. Approves contingent worker time sheets/cost.

Functional Knowledge:

• Candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of Kinaxis Rapid Response application development.
• Good knowledge on the core RR authoring and analytics.

• Should have worked in defining alerts, automation chains, scheduled tasks. Knowledge on Scripting and interfacing with external application using WebAPI

• Basic domain knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory planning and Capacity Planning with constraints and yields is good to have for this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work with Buyers, System Project Managers (PMs), Materials Project Managers (MPMs), Pre-Stock Quality Inspection (PSQI), Planning, Engineering, Program Management and Production to ensure material requirements are communicated correctly based on changing priorities to help scale efficiencies in supply line.

• Daily management of Roll up Report for Production meetings and Business United (BU) Material Requirement meetings.
• Shortage Snapshot on System tools and Non- System Orders (NSOs)
• Identify and escalate Critical shortages, provide history and reasons, and provide current up to date status to System PMs, BU stakeholders and Ops PMs via email and NSO meetings.
• Involve and assist SCLA, AUS, and SGP Buyers regarding prioritization of Purchase Orders (POs) and cross Org Inventory availability. Escalations handled by NPI PM
• Assist Pre- Stock Quality Inspection (PSQI) team with prioritizing parts to be inspected based upon System and Non- System schedules.

Primary Responsibility

• Responsible for initiating and managing RFQ, lead time, should cost (Cost estimation) request assigned by internal stakeholders.
• Able to utilize existing supplier matrix for quoting, negotiate and award business to supplier.
• Drive dual sourcing to ensure supply continuity, understand long-lead drivers and develop lead time mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies/ plans for NPI/ Pilot projects.
• Responsible for supplier part qualification per inspection requirements for components identified as critical parts.
• Ability to understand multi-level BOM, read drawings, special process/ specifications and communicate with suppliers.

Qualification & Experience
