Role Responsibilities:

As a Tech lead your primary responsibility will be to participate in the creation of new products and enhancements to existing products from concept to launch as part of a cross functional team. In this role you will utilize your experience to provide Software solutions which involves System understanding of the Product. Key Responsibilities

• Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
• Design & code a variety of complex software features with adequate documentation

Qualification and Requirements

, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting for the India legal entity. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP, US GAAP/IFRS, and corporate policies, while partnering with global and regional stakeholders to drive process and reporting excellence with controls & compliance.

Legal Entity Accounting & Reporting, Statutory Compliance & Audit

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the India legal entity.
• Review financial statements (TB, BS and PL) in time and provide MIS report to controller and management
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Reconcile all the GL accounts on a monthly basis

Education

Experience

• Prior experience in a Big 4 firm and/or MNC/GCC environment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, US GAAP/IFRS, and statutory compliance landscape.
• Experience managing statutory audits, tax audits, and regulatory inspections.
