Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with manager, shape HR BU/Function strategies and priorities to align to BU/Function strategy and changing needs to help shape the appropriate culture. Diagnose and provide appropriate interventions to optimize business performance to execute against strategy goals generally at the BU/Function leadership level. Balance enterprise-wide and business unit specific needs with local requirements.

Actively partner, coach & develop managers and begin to develop executive leadership. (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, performance management).

Effectively leverage and partner with COE & HR Ops in the delivery of initiatives to deliver the HR strategy for BU/Function. Balance enterprise-wide and business unit specific needs with local requirements.

• Threat Exposure andVulnerability Managementexperience of 5-7 years with 7-10 years of general IT experience

Primary Function

• Maintain day-to-day operational cadence by adhering to established best practices or processes and workflows
• Maintain awareness of cybersecurity threats through daily threat intelligence sourcing and assessments. Sources can include but not limited to the following:
  • Government Agencies such as CISA, DHS or FBI
  • Security partners or current security vendors/suppliers
  • Other sources including MSSP partners or vendors/suppliers
• Evaluate current threats, assess impact to company assets and provide guidance on actionable next steps to mitigate or remediate the identified threat
• Experience is Attack PathAnalysis/Mapping/Managementis desirable
• Coordinate and track remediation of identified threats with respective stakeholders, asset or application owners

Key Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.

Interfaces with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and/or new products. Launches, releases, approves and implements or issues engineering change requests as required to support design engineering and Operations with new and existing products.

Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements. Uses DFx principles to reduce manufacturing and/or product costs, and improve delivered product quality.

Develops and uses test procedures, including assisting with the definition of test specifications with design / software engineering. May work with test engineering on the design and development of text fixtures. May assist in the coordination of test fixture sourcing activities.
