Applications team is looking for a web leader to design and develop web applications. The role requires quick learning skills, good problem solving abilities, knowledge in design of information systems and a great passion for technology.
In this role, you will design & manage the development of web applications that are used internally in Apple. You will be responsible of understanding the user’s needs and come up with the best solution for them in a timely fashion. You will be responsible for 8+ off-site vendor engineers. You will mentor them, consult on technical issues and track their progress on a daily basis.
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in the development and management of Full Stack Software Engineers
- Experience owning and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience Monitoring and supporting critical live applications
- Experience & proficiency in Java and Angular/React
- Experience designing and working with relational databases using SQL
- Knowledge in designing the workflow of information systems
- Experience in supervising the software development team while setting and monitoring expectations on software quality
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Angular front-end development - Advantage
- Knowledge in ERP systems - Advantage
