As a BPR Project Manager you plan, mobilise, and execute mid to large scale projects, ensuring system changes are thoroughly tested and organisations are ready for process changes. You will be the prime mover of your projects including scoping, technological solutions and architectural decisions, resource-planning, communications, project governance, risk management, change management and readiness. You’ll connect the dots, build trust and understanding between groups, and orchestrate the activities needed to make your projects successful. - Be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management skills and ability to work with autonomously
- Proficiency in establishing project structure for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinating cross-project initiatives.
- Excellent forward thinking capabilities. Must be able to see beyond the current state, identify risks/opportunities and drive project teams toward the desired program outcome
- BA/BS degree in Business or Supply Chain or a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Six Sigma / Project Mgt certification a plus
