  • The role requires strong technical expertise with Workday Absence as well as strong familiarity with a variety of data analysis tools such as Numbers, Excel or Dataikyu. The following outlines the areas of expertise required to perform the functions of this role:
  • 5+ years of product and technical expertise in Workday Absence, other areas a plus
  • 5+ years of experience with Absence and Business Process Configuration, including adding translations
  • 5+ years experience in performing complex data analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • 3-5+ years of experience gathering requirements, analyzing the details, and designing solutions for complex requirements, including integrations to 3rd party vendors
  • Active team player with strong collaboration skills to partner cross-functionally across business teams.
  • Proactively assess new tasks coming to the team via the intake process, quickly assess priority and take appropriate action to resolve or reach out.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and setting customer expectations appropriately.
  • Influence technology direction of the team to enhance the teams toolset and skills.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communications globally with partner teams, managers and leadership to ensure visibility to the work being done.
  • Foster a positive, humble and open culture in any team and consistently exhibit Apple values of inclusion, trust and respect for others.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting.
  • Certifications in Workday Absence or other Workday product areas
