The Solutions Architect team at AWS is responsible for helping customers successfully implement cloud technologies. In a typical week you will meet multiple customers, and you will collaborate with them on designing and operating well-architected solutions. You will earn their trust and show them the art of the possible, educating them around the capabilities of AWS. Partnering with internal teams and experts, leveraging a deep knowledge of our tools and products, you’ll craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address our customers’ business problems. - Bachelor's degree
- Background in any other following or related to Technology Architect, Consultant, Cloud Architect, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, Systems Engineer etc.
- Experience and/or deeper understanding in one or more technology areas. Specific knowledge in multiple technology domain areas (e.g., software development/architecture, systems engineering, infrastructure, containers, databases, security, networking, data & analytics, AI/ML, GenAI).
- Have worked on design, development, implementation, or consulting applications / platforms in their prior experience
- Can create proof of concepts, demos, and/or scripts from scratch or leveraging reusable components.
- Understands and can articulate common architectural patterns and design principles.
- Able to create technical content that is easily adopted and reusable by others.
- Fluent communication skills.
- Experience architecting, migrating or transforming customer requirements to the cloud
- Professional experience architecting / operating solutions built on AWS or other cloud technology
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions and/or applications to the cloud
- One or more AWS certifications, e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Professional
- Able to present to technical and business audiences (training, workshops, publications)
- 4 years’ experience as a Solution Architect or related role.

* 2+ years of Electrical or Mechanical Experience
