As part of the AGI-VS team, you will work on solving key industry problems through specialized and optimized models and services. You will lead the development of advanced approaches and modeling techniques, driving forward the frontier of LLM technology. This includes innovation on multi-modal (speech/audio/video) representations, understanding, transformation and generation for streaming and non-streaming applications, learning from human and AI feedback, inference time optimizations, and data efficient scaling.A day in the life
You will support the science solution design, run experiments, research innovative algorithms, and find new ways of optimizing the customer experience, while setting examples for the team on best science practice and standards. You will work closely with talented engineers and scientists to deliver your robust solution to core customers within and outside of Amazon.
Along this you create reliable, scalable and high-performing solutions, demonstrate exceptional technical expertise, and showcase a sound understanding of Machine Learning in general and LLM technology in particular.

- Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application

This role is the single-threaded leader responsible for building reporting and analytics capabilities for Last-mile (incl. 3P carriers) for IN and ECCF (AU, BR, MX, AMET, SG) Operations.Primary objective of this role is to provide visibility on Operations performance and enable Operations to make data-driven decisions through developing i) Reporting capabilities involving development of automated and self-service reports/dashboards; ii) Analytics Capabilities involving building of tools, science-based artefacts and defect attribution/bridges. Specifically, the role is intended to i) Own business critical (xBR, Peak, Contingency) reporting; ii) Be a partner in enabling launch of new programs/features/products by creating right metrics that showcase its adoption and success; iii) Build capabilities that benchmark and improve operations performance (e.g. Scorecards); iv) Build critical BI technology/tools aiding metric optimization, simulations, real-time tracking and alerting; v) Build defect attribution bridges for key operations metrics to enable goal setting and tracking; vi) Build authoritative datasets on Operations performance. The team owns 400+ reporting/analytics capabilities garnering 50K+ hits/month from 1K+ users.A day in the life
