PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION REQUIRES RELOCATION TO POLAND.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with PM teams on product requirements
- Manage and drive vendors for project finalization
- Generate functional prototypes and to be hands on it
- Clearly and concisely express and document ideas, issues, test results, etc.
- Develop documentation to transfer to vendors (CAD, detailed drawings, optical simulations, and etc.).

- BS/MS in Mechanical/Optical Engineering
- Extensive industry design experience
- Experience in consumer electronics products development, plastic / diecast / sheet metal parts design
- Experience with optical-related designs like camera lens implementation, illumination and etc.
- Experience with thermodynamics, especially for consumer or computer hardware.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes for metals and the commonly used plastics
- Quick prototyping skills
- GD&T based on ISO or ASME standard.
- Must have a strong work ethic and good written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced CAD user (Creo/SolidWorks )
- Experienced PLM system user
- Good written and spoken English

Ability to interpret simulation results, such as thermal, optical & deformation analysis
