- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience

* Experience in Microsoft office applications including but not limited to Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
* Good written & verbal communication skills to explain complex issues.
* Able to read English document, write in English to explain simple facts.

Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and operate in a very fast paced complex environment, meet deadlines, and a commitment to Operational Excellence. Responsibilities can include manual tasks such as assembling, addressing, stamping and arranging for the shipment of merchandise and materials. They may also assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups to and from production locations. In handling incoming shipments, they may have to unpack boxes and verify contents. The Logistic Specialist Intern will be required to keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company.* Physical management of usual and project parts in Data Center, including: receiving, shelf management, cycle count etc.
* Provide technical support for System receiving process of relevant parts in Data Center
* RMA process, including: returning, changing, tracking etc.
* Seed stock management
* 5S management
* Make optimization plan for parts room

* 库存管理流程分析及优化Amazon internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks, in Summer 2023. This position requires the intern to report to work onsite on a daily basis. Intern schedules are typically day schedules, Monday-Friday. A full-time position could involve day, evening, or weekend shifts and on-call rotations.
