A typical day:

Your Expertise:

• At least 15 years experience working with complex political or regulatory issues in relevant business or non-governmental organisation, or in a political, governmental or regulatory context. Ideally, this experience has been built in travel, urbanism or technology.

The Community You Will Join:

As the Senior Sales Operations Manager you will partner closely with Senior Sales Operations Leads and other leaders from our Field teams and Revenue Operations teams to support strategic programs that define strategies accelerating Airbnb’s supply market growth.

Your analysis and insights will help inform our supply strategy, sales methodologies, goaling and incentives.

Sales Operations

• Drive territory planning, segmentation, capacity modeling, and quota setting

A Typical Day

• Advise on a wide range of regulatory matters primarily with our lead regulator, the Irish DPC, but also with the ICO and other EU and EMEA data regulators including the CNIL, the Garante & the AEPD.
• Provide leadership and support across user privacy complaints escalated to the legal team, and received from data regulators through pragmatic and thoughtful engagement with users and/or regulators.
