

Key Responsibilities:
Work cross-divisionally and cross-functionally with respective counterparts to implement one aligned adidas quality direction.
Ensure quality performance targets are achieved and objectives accomplished.
Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
Manage all Product Integrity related activities. Single point of contact to product teams (creation and manufacturing) and cross-functional counterparts on product integrity inquiries.
Secure the right testing execution and validation on laboratory and perception testing as per product intended use, performed at Tier 1 (T1), Tier 2 (T2) or 3rd parties.
Monitor product integrity, including A-01, CMA risky articles, buy-ready compliance, flag any potential risk on and escalate non-compliance.
Track warehouse claims and defective returns to coordinate analysis in collaboration with LO Operational Management and Claim Management Team. Ensure that root cause is identified, corrective action plans are established and executed.
Upskill LO and supplier teams on Quality documentation and manage implementation of related quality policies, manuals, and standards.
Manage and conduct factory audits, within assigned operations areas through consistent application of available evaluation tools. Ensure factory audits are conducted on production and testing processes; quality management systems to verify the performance level.
Onboarding of new suppliers to enable supplier teams to manage daily quality activities independently according to adidas quality standards.
Certification of T1 AQL inspectors, in collaboration with T1 Quality and LO Manufacturing teams
Implementation of 3rd party inspection programs at T
Support quality related projects, trials, and initiatives at T1 and T2 suppliers

Ensure all sourcing operations and practices fully comply with adidas’ Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards and legal requirements, while managing the relevant processes internally and externally.

• Drive development, commercialization, product integrity, manufacturability, Create to Value
(CTV), performance to target FOB for all products in the designated representative of the
categories.• Lead a development/commercialization for one or more categories being assigned ensuringintegrity, performance, perceived value, manufacturability and quality.
• Oversee the direct development process between Headquarter/Creation Center and Tier 1
and focus.
• Manage relationship with the factory development team leaders to continually upgrade sports
category competence, development innovation capability, and technical expertise.
• Exhibits “product eyes” and sports competence to influence and drive the overall product
direction of the specific category(s) he/she manages.
• Make decisions within the defined development and commercialization scope for the
categor(ies) being assigned.
• Give input to issuing directives in development, commercialization and related area.
• Influence HQ (Design, Marketing, Brand Ops, Quality) and external parties and drive changemanaging/solving conflicts.
