Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and consolidate market and financial insights (incl. sell-out data), to inform category strategy, transforming it into actionable insights for category and commercial teams.
  • Own the input of country range selection into planning systems, enabling a seamless end-to-end sell-in process.
  • Monitor and report category performance in-season, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize sell-through.
  • Support the briefing with local expertise to the business unit on needed articles, specific retailer needs and other volume and image driving opportunities, local market and category trends, and business opportunities to maximize the category´s potential in the country.
  • Be the key contact for local commercial and brand activation teams for the assigned category for the country, with a clear overview of the execution in the market, key channels and accounts through frequent trade and digital visits/review.
  • Provide any required scenario analysis related to the Category, and participate of 90-60-30 meetings to be fully on board on a Brand Activation perspective on status of the category, and take corrective actions in case they are necessary.
  • Coordinate in-season trading strategies across channels, ensuring agility in response to market dynamics.
  • Lead category activation planning in collaboration with Brand Comms, Omni, and channels teams.
  • Manage campaign calendars and launch timelines, communicating changes and coordinating execution across functions.

  • Support discount and inventory strategies, including slow mover management and license expiration considerations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communications, acting as the central connector between CTC, channels, and brand teams.

  • Work cross-divisionally and cross-functionally with respective counterparts to implement one aligned adidas quality direction.

  • Ensure quality performance targets are achieved and objectives accomplished.

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.

  • Manage all Product Integrity related activities. Single point of contact to product teams (creation and manufacturing) and cross-functional counterparts on product integrity inquiries.

  • Secure the right testing execution and validation on laboratory and perception testing as per product intended use, performed at Tier 1 (T1), Tier 2 (T2) or 3rd parties.

  • Monitor product integrity, including A-01, CMA risky articles, buy-ready compliance, flag any potential risk on and escalate non-compliance.

  • Track warehouse claims and defective returns to coordinate analysis in collaboration with LO Operational Management and Claim Management Team. Ensure that root cause is identified, corrective action plans are established and executed.

  • Upskill LO and supplier teams on Quality documentation and manage implementation of related quality policies, manuals, and standards.

  • Manage and conduct factory audits, within assigned operations areas through consistent application of available evaluation tools. Ensure factory audits are conducted on production and testing processes; quality management systems to verify the performance level.

  • Onboarding of new suppliers to enable supplier teams to manage daily quality activities independently according to adidas quality standards.

  • Certification of T1 AQL inspectors, in collaboration with T1 Quality and LO Manufacturing teams

  • Implementation of 3rd party inspection programs at T

  • Support quality related projects, trials, and initiatives at T1 and T2 suppliers

  • Plan and execute all ranging planning and operations related template, systems and data tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Data Management

  • Lead and drive consistent support the teams relating to master data management and maintenance by using the excel format and in the system
  • Provide support to relevant IT applications, in particular, ranging tools such as M3, Hub-Light, SAP etc.
  • Provide the clear guideline on key tasks for Countries teams to fill in the master data properly.
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis and reporting to the SEA and Countries key stakeholders.
  • Support and maintain specified SAP product master data fields (e.g; segmentation, RRP, RID)
  • Conduct regular reports to ensure data accuracy and guide corrections.
  • Monitor and evaluate implementation of master data, ensuring consistency of data quality.
  • Provide support to relevant IT applications, in particular, ranging tools such as M3, Hub-Light, SAP

Marketing Systems Expertise

  • Serve as ranging and master data systems administrator and system expert. (e.g; RMA, Hublight, M3)
