Primary Accountabilities

1. To maintain (and adapt) the Global Brand identity of adidas at the retail level in Vietnam
2. Coordinate and manage suppliers for the implementation of various facets of visual merchandising (fixtures / fittings, point of sale material, signage etc.)
3. Campaign set up, quality checking of graphics, POS material, signage etc.
4. New retail point development and old store renovations / relayout
5. To work out Monthly VM plans (in coordination with product management / communication) and monitor implementation, compliance, tracking and reporting

Secondary Accountabilities

1. Implementation of all adidas Brand Concepts at retail level and evaluating their impact from a brand and sales POV.
2. Quality of presence at Franchisee/SIS stores / key accounts
3. Act as the ‘hub’ for all VM training material from adidas region / global.
4. Keep track and adapt for brand adidas any and all new Print / POS initiatives / technologies available in the market locally or regionally.
5. Monitoring implementation of the retail enhancement program at the ground level.
6. Visual change planning by seasons.
7. Provides written and photo documentation on a project basis.
8. Updates imagery monthly for windows, in-store displays, etc.

Qualification :

Preferably 2+ years experience in retail/visual merchandising

Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or agencies

Ability to work in international environment

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Minimum 12 months experience working in a retail environment.

• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding.

• The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $20.40 - $26.52. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
