Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and facilitate ALL B2B events across Go To Market, Wholesale, Employee, ERG, Hospitality, and NAM Showrooms to ensure brand excellence and ROI.
  • Lead a team of direct reports by providing clear direction and communication that supports the Brand Experience function and overall adidas business.
  • Develop innovative and experiential strategy across B2B moments.
  • Provide seasonal reporting to NAM Brand Experience Senior Director.
  • Establish and drive agency partner strategy to drive innovation, consistency, and investment efficiency.
  • Establish event best practices that streamline planning and production that drive for efficiency and results.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with NAM Procurement team.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with NAM Finance team.
  • Ownership and management of B2B event calendar and provide guidance and flag overlap/conflict to Brand Experience Senior Director and key stakeholders.
  • Ownership and management of B2B budget and provide consistent reporting for Brand Experience Senior Director.
  • Identify and develop talent to help fuel the team's succession plan.

  • Expert knowledge of the event industry, trends, and strategies.
  • Excellent People Leader - within both direct and informal matrix environment.
  • Excellent communicator that is clear, concise, and tailored to various audiences both written and oral.
  • Expert ability to manage up to set, drive and effectively communicate information and raise concerns or request/advocate for support.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year College or university degree, emphasis in marketing or communications preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10-year event marketing experience.

As our Tech Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and driving innovation. Your role will involve a combination of hands-on technical support, service management and project
management tasks to deliver exceptional results, enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the

Service Delivery Management
• Responsible for day-to-day IT services, ensuring business systems are operating effectively.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years’ experience in ITSM with at least 2 years of experience in a team management role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with retail sales tech and project delivery in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure operations, service management, networking,

Thewill oversee the production of 2 presses on the Screen Print floor. The primary purpose is to ensure efficient production of those presses through communication, problem identification, troubleshooting, aiding in machine set-up, and ink maintenance while ensuring quality standards are achieved and maintained.

Potential Shifts Available:

Day Shift, A Shift:Monday - Wednesday, 6am-6pm

Thursday - Saturday, 6am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
Set-ups/Tear downs– Participate in as many setups as possible throughout the day. The goal should be to communicate with and assist the Print Specialist with the goal of minimizing set up time.
Pre-emptive Problem Identification/Resolution
On-Press Troubleshooting– through constant communication and observation during the run assist presses in getting to maximum productivity by making any press adjustments necessary. (press speed, squeegees, flash temp, dryer speed/temp, sequence, registration, etc)
Ink Maintenance/Controls– Ensure ink controls and SOPs are being followed at all times. Work throughout the production runs to ensure ink is maintained properly in the screens to minimize any downtime.
Quality Management
Production Detail Updates– Ensure all set-ups which are completed but required a sequence/mesh change are documented and turned in so the proper adjustments get made in the system.
• Must demonstrate a good attitude and lead by example when communicating while working with high sense of urgency and pace.
