Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As second line of defence, partner with Management to identify risk-based opportunities to improve business processes by balancing risk and control. Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Design and perform continuous monitoring to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of risk management and controls.
โ€ข Actively provide risk-based vs control advice and/or solutions on new initiatives, transitions, and/or process changes.
โ€ข Continuous review of the ICS framework to ensure relevance to GBS operating model, GBS operations and balancing the risk/cost and benefits.
โ€ข Timely coordination/execution of the ICS testing (control reviews) including mandatory documentation in Teammate+ and heading remediation of all identified control deficiencies in collaboration with local Senior Management
โ€ข Drive Global Policy Manual (GPM) awareness and ensure GPM relevance to GBS operations.
โ€ข Follow up on ICS exceptions and/or CIA recommendations and ensure timely closure of actions/ issues.
โ€ข Act as the SPOC for internal and external audits.

Process/System Review
โ€ข Plan and conduct end-to-end process reviews/audit to identify risk / internal control issues/improvement. Ensure that proposed internal control(s) are embedded i.e. effective and efficient.

Data Analytics
โ€ข Assess, develop and build a data analytics framework to identify potential risks and anomalies as part of continuous monitoring. This includes but not limited to, identifying relevant data points to monitor on an ongoing basis.
โ€ข Independently manage and/or conduct data analytics to provide risk-based insights to stakeholders.
