  • Communiquer les niveaux et assortiments de produits aux cadres
  • Communiquer les avancements faits sur les projets assignés tels que les renouvellements, le traitement des livraisons, la mise en place des soldes/démarques
  • Exécuter les ventes, le service à la clientèle, le marchandisage au sein de la section, les commandes spéciales, le travail de caisse, le repérage des stocks et les tâches de soutien relatives à la maintenance du magasin afin de maintenir la couverture en personnel nécessaire et de diriger par l’exemple.
  • Diriger les performances des tâches de maintenance du magasin.
  • Écouter les plaintes des clients, examiner la marchandise retournée et résoudre les problèmes afin de restaurer et promouvoir de bonnes relations publiques.
  • Assurer que le meilleur service qu’adidas puisse offrir est fourni à chaque client.
  • Utiliser des techniques de vente telles que les ventes supplémentaires et la description d’informations techniques aux clients pour améliorer sa qualité de vendeur et atteindre les objectifs de ventes du magasin et relatives à la fonction
  • Autres tâches assignées par le gérant du magasin.

3. COMPÉTENCES REQUISES:

  • Doit posséder et systématiquement manifester les compétences relatives au poste.
  • Capacité à appliquer son sens commun pour mettre en place les instructions données à l’écrit, l’oral ou sous forme de diagramme.
  • Capacité à régler les problèmes impliquant différentes variables concrètes dans des situations standardisées.
  • Capacité à utiliser MS Word, Excel, Outlook et un système de point de ventes.
  • Capacité à lire et communiquer efficacement en anglais.
  • Capacité à exercer son jugement et à prendre des décisions.
  • Capacité d’expression en anglais et en français (verbalement et par écrit).
  • Capacité à être au travail d’une manière régulière et prévisible.
  • La flexibilité de l’emploi du temps est obligatoire étant donné que ce poste peut appeler à travailler le soir, la fin de semaine et pendant les jours fériés.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists customers in the selection of adidas merchandise, while providing information about the product, materials, technology, and functionality.
• Ensures adidas’ customer service standards are upheld by listening to customer’s wants and needs, and providing product information when required.
• Drive and close sales by utilizing adidas’ selling techniques and the in-store AOS system (where available).
• Completes customer sales transactions (cash, credit, debit, etc.).
• Maintains store appearance, assists in processing and replenishing merchandise and assist with customer service inquiries.
• Proficient knowledge of adidas’ products and programs, including technology, product information and requirements, merchandise promotions, and advertising.
• Help to support and create a team environment by respecting co-workers.
• Adheres to adidas’ brand values and Sales Associate competencies.
• Assist with telephone duties.
• Adheres to company policy and procedures relating to inventory control.
• Other duties as required by store management.

• Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position.

Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three to six month’s retail experience is preferred.
