The Basic Plan

  • The Basic Plan allows account login via one user only.
  • Ads published will be subjected to a fee.
  • Each advertisement will be up on the website for a period of 30 days, beginning the date of its publication. After this time period, ads will be automatically removed from the website.
  • Canceling payment for a published ad is not possible.
  • Candidate details will be accessible for a period of 90 days for any ad posted.
  • Basic Plan membership will remain as long as the account is active, unless switching to a different plan.


The Standard Plan

  • The Standard Plan allows up to 10 logged in users per account.
  • Up to 10 posted ads a month.
  • Each advertisement will be up on the website for a period of 30 days, beginning the date of its publication. After this time period, ads will be automatically removed from the website.
  • Any posted ad will automatically count as part of the 10 allowed ads a month. Any ad over the 10 ad limit will be subject to a varying fee.
  • Ads are not “accumulable”. Ads not posted/used during the month in which they were bought cannot be used during any other month.
  • Candidate details will be accessible to the user for an unlimited period of time, allowing users to browse the website’s database of candidates.
  • The monthly pricing does not include VAT, which will be shown upon payment.
  • The Standard Plan is a monthly plan that is automatically renewed every month. Payment is made upon renewal, once a month, on the expiry date of the previous month.
  • The term “month” refers to a period of 30 days which are counted from the date of purchase or renewal.


The Advanced Plan

  • Allows unlimited logged in users per account.
  • Unlimited job posts a month.
  • Each advertisement will be up on the website for a period of 30 days, beginning the date of its publication. After this time period, ads will be automatically removed from the website.
  • Candidate details from the Candidate Database will be accessible to the user for an unlimited period of time, allowing recruiters to browse the website for a faster hire.
  • The pricing does not include VAT, which will be added upon payment.
  • The plan is automatically renewed every month. Payment is made upon renewal.
  • The term “month” refers to a period of a full calendar month, beginning on the plan purchase date.

What is the difference between Basic and Standard License?Basic License ($0) gives customers access to our system, with limitations of 1 user per company and the ability to post jobs and manage candidates. Each job post costs $49 per month. Perfect for smaller businesses & small teams, looking to post only a few jobs a month. Standard License ($390 per month) allows customers to create up to 5 users and post 10 jobs every 30 days, with an additional possibility of adding extra jobs ($39 per job post) and users ($5 per user). A great solution for bigger companies with multiple departments, locations, looking to post multiple jobs every month.

What do I need to know about my subscription?A monthly subscription is a one-month commitment to one of Expoint’s paid license plans. You can switch a paid plan to a Basic (free) plan, change your plan type, or delete your Expoint account at any time. Paid plans keep all the features of their plan until their monthly commitment ends. If you decide to switch between license types, we will refund the unused license cost and charge a full amount for the new license chosen.

Why did my Expoint account renew?Expoint bills you for your subscription on a monthly basis. Your subscription is set to renew at the end of your subscription commitment unless you turn this feature off. We bill for monthly accounts at one time. You cannot switch monthly accounts on or off until the end of the monthly commitment. For more information contact our support.

What should I do if I haven't received my invoice?You can access your invoices and billing history from the Employer's hub menu panel. For more information, feel free to contact our team.
