Role and Responsibilities

• Provide technical supports throughout the product (SOC, PMIC) lifecycle from promotion phase to the end of production
• Technical support can be remote support or onsite support at customers' locations
• Responsible for testing, debugging, delivering, guiding, documenting on HW
  • analyze and debug board in bring-up phase via Oscilloscope
  • analyze signal(loss or Jitter) with Eye diagram for High speed Interface (PCIe, USB, UFS, etc)
• Consulting customer board design by communicating with engineers working all over the world
• Analyze and resolve issues including small PCB layout fix by communicating with engineers working all over the world
• Visit customers' site and support board bring up and resolve issues
• Technical documenting

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in electronics, physics or related areas
• 3+ years related field support experience in semiconductor industry
• Basic knowledge of software
• Experience in SOC architecture is a big plus
• Experience in PMIC, Memory, SSD and peripheral devices is a plus
• Automotive experience is a plus
• An understanding of tools for schematic/layout is mandatory e.g. Board schematic (Cadence OrCAD), Board design (Cadence OrCAD), Board SI/PI analysis (one of four: Cadence Sigrity, Mentor Hyperlynx, Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS), Thermal simulation, Ansys Icepak
